Often referred to as "Schneeberger" or "Schwarzenberger", the candle arches are characterized by their iconic motifs: two miners, the Saxon coat of arms and the hammer and mallet symbols. They are not only beautiful to look at, but also carry a profound cultural meaning. The miners proudly present the electoral sword coat of arms and the hammer and mallet in the middle of the arch. Next to it, the woodcarver is seated at a table, above which hovers a wooden angel, which in earlier times announced the arrival of the Savior in the poor workers' rooms.
