Schwibbogen Schneemann im Wald by Weigla - Günter Gläser from Deutschneudorf in the Erzgebirge
Every year the toy village of Seiffen in the Erzgebirge inspires with a sea of lights for Advent- and Christmas time. Almost every window is illuminated, whether with angels and miners, light spires or candle arches. The company Weigla from Deutschneudorf is one of the manufacturers of classic candle arches made of plywood, but is also known for its modern candle arches with Plexiglas. Traditionally, the candle arch is modeled on a tunnel entrance, the so-called mouth hole, around which the miners hung their miner's lamps after work.
Weigla candle arch with snowman as a friend of the animals
The candle arch snowman in the forest depicts a popular winter/Christmas motif. A snowman, surrounded by fir trees, with his characteristic hat and carrot nose stands in the middle of a pedestal. He has a broom in one hand, on which a little bird has perched and a lantern in the other. The animals of the forest look at him in amazement- such as a little rabbit, who is longingly squinting at the carrot and a deer. To the right of the white fellow you can see a bird feeder, which is visited by hungry birds. Some squirrels are trying to scare the birds. On the other side, a snowshoer wanders through the forest. Wearing a bobble hat and carrying a rucksack, he has set off on a hike. Mountains and forests can be seen in the background and smoke is coming out of the chimney of a small forest worker's house in the distance.
Cozy magic through indirect lighting
The arch of lights is illuminated indirectly. Seven ripple candles are hidden behind the two lantern arches, which spread a warm glow. The candle arch always looks good at the window, in the living room or in the children's room as a Christmas decoration. Let yourself be enchanted by the cozy glow and get in the mood for a festive time.
Using the candle arch in the USA / North America / Japan with 110 V
The candle arch can be operated with a voltage of 230 V as well as 110 V.
Please note, that a plug-in adapter is required to connect this item abroad (Japan / North America). The voltage of the light source must also be adjusted. 7 x 16 V corrugated candles are therefore required for this arc. These items are available in our store under accessories and lighting.
